Nominated as one of the Top 50 Women in Accounting

Thank you to some of the wonderful members of the Facebook community I run for UK Bookkeepers & Accountants, I have been proudly nominated for this special award.  Fingers crossed when the top 50 are announced next month that I may have been fortunate to become one!

It all stems from creating and maintaining a free Facebook community where our members support and inspire me daily, along with the other 1000’s of members.  There wasn’t a community like this when I started my business 4 years ago, so I, along with an inspirational Accountant, created it.  As one of the best lines from one of my favourite films says – If you build it, they will come!  And 4 years later, and now with over 10,000 members, I believe we achieved what we set out to do! I love the community we have created.
